Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 31, 2025

1. Introduction

Pixgen AI ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-based tool providing text-to-image generation, image style transfer, and multi-image blending functions. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information throughout your use of our services. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, as well as your rights and choices regarding your data. By using Pixgen AI, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy in full.

2. Scope of Information Collection

2.1 Personal Information Not Collected

  • Identifiable information: We do not actively collect personally identifiable information such as your name, ID number, phone number, email address, or precise geolocation.
  • Children's information: Pixgen AI is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

2.2 Information Collected to Provide Services

(1) User Input Data

  • Text prompts: Text entered by users when using the "Text-to-Image" feature is used solely for generating the corresponding image. Such data is deleted within 24 hours after the result is returned and is not stored or reused for any other purpose.
  • Uploaded images: Original images uploaded for "Style Transfer" or "Multi-Image Fusion" are temporarily stored only for algorithmic processing and are automatically deleted within 24 hours after results are returned. We do not retain or use these images for model training.

(2) Automatically Collected Technical Information

  • Device and usage data: Includes device model, browser type, operating system, network environment (e.g., anonymized IP address), session duration, and feature interaction logs. This data helps us improve service stability and user experience (e.g., fixing bugs).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Cookies are used to remember your preferences (e.g., favorite generation styles, progress history). You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect certain functions (such as progress saving).

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide core services: Process text-to-image generation, image style transfer, and multi-image blending to ensure proper functionality.
  • To improve product experience: Use anonymized usage data (e.g., feature frequency, error logs) to enhance algorithm performance, interface design, and responsiveness.
  • To ensure service security: Detect and prevent malicious use (e.g., bulk uploads of prohibited content, server attacks) and maintain compliance with platform policies.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Retention Period

  • Temporary data: Uploaded images, text prompts, and other temporary data are automatically deleted within 24 hours after the service is completed.
  • Technical data: Anonymized device and usage data are retained for no longer than 6 months, after which they are automatically erased.

4.2 Security Measures

  • Encrypted transmission: All data transfers (such as image uploads and text prompts) are encrypted using HTTPS to prevent interception.
  • Storage protection: Servers use industry-standard encryption and access controls, with restricted internal access and regular security audits.
  • Incident response: In the event of a data security incident, we will immediately activate our emergency response plan, implement remedial measures, and notify affected users as required by law.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or share users' personal information. However, we may disclose anonymized or de-identified data in the following cases:

  • Service providers: We may engage third-party vendors (e.g., cloud service providers, hosting partners) to process data on our behalf. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may access data only to provide their contracted services.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose necessary information if required by law, court order, or government authority within the scope permitted by law.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, anonymized data may be transferred as part of the business assets, and the successor entity will be required to continue honoring this Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights

  • Access and inquiry: If you believe we may have inadvertently stored your personal information (e.g., uploaded images containing identifiable features), you may contact us to verify or request access.
  • Deletion and correction: You may request the deletion of uploaded images or correction of inaccurate technical data by contacting our support team. We will respond within seven (7) business days.
  • Cookie preference: You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, certain features may not function properly as a result.

7. Advertising & Third-Party Content

The free version of Pixgen AI may display third-party advertisements, which are context-based (related to page content) rather than personalized by user profiles. Our advertising partners may use cookies to collect anonymous metrics (such as ad impressions and click counts), but they do not receive any personal information from us.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to legal changes or service adjustments. Updates will be posted on the official Pixgen AI website. For material changes, we will notify users via popup message or email. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically; continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
